Rostam, Ross, joined the dental school in Tehran at 1993. Shortly after his Graduation, Ross started his very first practice under the supervision of his father. He expanded the family practice and provided most of the dental care for the community.
In 2005 Ross established an in-house dental clinic with an interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments to provide dental services to medically compromised, elderly, uncooperative pediatrics, physically and mentally challenged patients, and bedridden patients with severe conditions.
In 2006, Ross Established his 3rd dental practice, focused on implant dentistry.
In 2012 Ross and his wife, Katty, moved to the beautiful city of Vancouver. Their son, Ardeshir, was born on March 2012 while Ross was applying for the UBC International Dental Program. Ross was admitted to the UBC and graduated in 2016 . Under this program Ross updated with the latest treatment options, techniques, materials, and high-quality dentistry. Ross believes when he combines these new skills with his 13+ years of experience he will be able to provide the best service to his patients and community.

Dr. Elkerton officially retired in October 2017. We wish him the fondest farewell and best wishes in his retirement.
Dr. Wayne Elkerton graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of British Columbia in 1984. He began his practice as an associate at this location and in 1989 joined with his principal dentists and established the Austin Dental Group. Dr. Wayne Elkerton has always prided himself in staying abreast of all the advances in technology and procedures that have occurred frequently over the years. He was an early provider of digital x-rays in 2002 and continues to implement new technology, techniques and materials as they become proven. His goal is to provide the most up to date treatments in a professional, caring and relaxing environment that nurtures long term relationships with patients and staff alike.

On the personal side, Dr. Wayne Elkerton is an avid gardener and spends countless hours looking after the landscaping and his ever expanding vegetable gardens. He also enjoys his budding woodworking hobby. His wife of 35 plus years, Janis, has been involved in Pitt Meadows politics as a municipal councilor since 1993. Together, when travelling to warmer climates, they enjoy scuba diving and exploring their new outdoor surroundings.
